A new year call for new beginnings and new beginnings require that you clear your energy and make space in your auric field to attract the new amazing opportunities that await you!
To clear your auric fields, raise your vibration and truly embrace the energy of the new beginnings and radical positive change that this New Year and New Decade bring, I invite you to do this ritual to release old resentments, shame, guilt, and anger, as well as unhealthy attachments to people and situations from the past decade.
You can use this ritual to also deepen your connection to The Morrigan and allow her to assist you in cutting away patterns and old stories and habits that you don’t want to carry with you in 2020.
You can start the same way you would any ritual, going to your sacred space (lookout for a future email on creating the perfect sacred space) or outside in nature.
Make a crystal grid with crystals that remove blocks and negativity, increase self-love and support releasing such as Obsidian, Black Tourmaline, Rose quartz, Malachite, Tiger Eye, and Citrine.
You can also anoint yourself with essential oils. My favorite one for releasing negative energy and patterns is Lavender. Also, Lemon essential oil can be a very powerful cleanser and purifier.
Center yourself and remind yourself of your intention to release emotions, people and situations that no longer serve your highest good and to begin 2020 with a fresh empowering vibration.
Call upon Archangel Gabriel for clear communication with the Divine, Archangel Raphael for healing, Archangel Michael to clear away negative energy and The Morrigan for fierce self-love, strength and resolve.
Ask your higher self to support you and help you reclaim your power by forgiving yourself and letting go of all that is holding you back and keeping you attached to the past.
Using your most special paper and pen write out letters to everyone and everything you need to farewell and release before setting fresh intentions for 2020 and embracing the New Year with a fresh, clear open heart.
Write out as much as you need to, remembering that you aren’t sending these, you are just bringing old stories into closure and honoring and releasing emotions and attachments. Let the words flow from you unedited and unimpeded until you feel complete.
Find a fireplace or place outdoors that is fire-safe and burn the letters and allow the fire to burn away the energetic hold they have on you.
Thank these moments and people for all that they were both good and bad, honor them, remember the lessons they taught but farewell them, release them with love and leave the disappointment, anger, resentment, and pain in the ash.
